Today we are talking about how we can start to amplify our gratitude mindset by harnessing the feelings of peace, calm and genuine appreciation that comes with it.

There are so many instances throughout the day where we can practice being grateful, and showing our gratitude to those around us.

From thanking the person holding the door for us, to a neighbour shovelling our drive after an early morning snow storm.

There are so many ways that we can practice amplifying our gratitude mindset - and when we do the benefits are so positive!

From a better quality sleep, to a reduction in anxiety and anger, by practicing the feelings of gratitude we are doing a lot of good for our body and mind.
